I don't know if the dollar store has the little travel games, but that might be an idea to keep them busy on the flight.  I bet their parents would appreciate it, lol!  I think the coloring books is a good one!  By the way, I love pooh bear!  Wish I could figure out a way to save it and send to my sister.  She loves the Winnie the Pooh collection.

That is very nice of you to think to do this for them. I know they will appreciate it. I'm not up on what kids like now days since my grandkids are in high school now but what you suggested and what the readers suggested sounds good to me. Paula

Have you thought about getting them a Webkinz doll?  And kits to do things.  Try Hobby Lobby or Michaels or something like that.  You'll see a lot of choices at reasonable prices.

You are such a sweety to them.  I bet their British accents are very cute to listen to.

Everyone had good ideas. :-) Does Emily like things for her hair, bracelet, or necklace? I gave Carlie, 5, a little purse with a little stuffed pony inside. Carlie likes horses. She likes little hard back books the little ones. I bet you will see something nice and know what to get when you go to the $1 store. :-)  Hugs, Janie

Word search is always fun for the older ones...don't forget pencils...sometimes you can get workbooks with the states so they can check out the states they are going through...although if they are flying that is kind of useless.  lol  Umm candy of course lol  Kids love candy.  Crayons and color books for the younger ones...crackers...juice boxes....books to read.  Maybe even a toy car for the boys...one of those match box.  my boys always loved those...even when the older one turned 11.  A small barbie for the girls.  Hope that helped :)   have a great day

I would think that anything that might keep them busy while they are traveling would be good. Maybe you can find some travel size games?

It sounds like all of the comments before mine had pretty good ideas - it is so thoughtful of you to do this for them!
